Lynne Eckardt - Southeast Town Council

A resident of Southeast for over 40 years, formerly self-employed in Southeast for over 28 and elected to the Town Board in 2011 give Lynne a unique perspective to deal with the financial and quality of life issues facing our community.

Lynne raised her son, Will, with her husband Paul. Will grew up in Southeast and attended Brewster Schools. She is the proud grandmother of three mischievous grandsons under the age of five.

Lynne has served on the Putnam Community Action Partnership (CAP) Advisory Board for over five years.

Lynne works tirelessly to ensure:

  • TAXES: Our town taxes remain the lowest in Putnam County.

  • FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: Our fund balance stays healthy. Down to only $93,000 in 2012, it is now over $2 million.

  • CONSTITUENT WORK: Your local problem or issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • DEVELOPMENT: Town development remains sensible, sustainable and serves all Southeast residents by enhancing our quality of life and raising our property values.

Zachary Disador - Southeast Town Council

Zach is a lifelong resident of Brewster. He graduated from Brewster High School in 2004 where he was an executive officer of the NJROTC unit. Zach’s family still lives in town.

In 2005 Zach began working for Putnam ARC helping the disabled and their families. He has continued to work for ARC and now runs their Respite Services.

Zach has spent his career supporting and advocating for those who need help the most.

Zach will work hard to ensure:

  • TAXES: Our town taxes remain the lowest in Putnam County.

  • CONSTITUENT WORK: Your local problem or issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • DEVELOPMENT: Town development remains sensible, sustainable and serves all Southeast residents by enhancing our quality of life and raising our property values.
